ParticipantHi. Aside from time, could you add an option to turn on the grid relay on when the low voltage parameter is met?

KeymasterYes, in newer firmware that should be released soon it is possible to set conditions based on state of charge or voltage. It might not do the grid relay yet but I can add that before we release a new version.

ParticipantThe other weird thing I noticed this whole week is that the voltage read out on the raspberry pi is showing the voltage stuck on 43.7v. Shutting down the control module and restarting it seems to get it working again. Is the esp v2 capable of getting over the air updates or just the pi display?

ParticipantWhen I set charge resume to 3.7v and charge cut-off to 3.8v so that the Tesla battery would not charged to 100%. However, it still charges to 100%. Could you explain why still charges to 100%?
BTW: the temp setting doesn’t doesn’t indicate C or F.

KeymasterYes, the ESP32 can get OTA updates as well. If you check there is probably a new version for you to download. I don’t know why your charger is still going to 100% SOC. What charger are you using?
Temperatures are in C not F.

ParticipantIt’s the Sigineer 18KW inverter’s built-in charger set for the tesla battery running in AC-priority mode.

ParticipantSo after doing a bit more research on the Tesla Model S module, it seems although the pi display is showing 100% at 4.01 volts it’s actually less than 80% SOC. Is this correct?

ParticipantOn version 187, The percentage level on the right of the pi seems to be stuck at 100% even tho the battery is being consumed and in charge mode it’s also stuck at 100%. Also the values seems to blanks out multiple times throughout the day.

ParticipantWould it be possible to be able do roll-backs to a certain version in the event an update doesn’t work out? Maybe also have a default factory reset option if need be as well?
Thoughts?
